This “donut” might just be one of my favorite tools I recommend to mamas!
A pool float donut can be surprisingly helpful for both pregnancy and postpartum care:
✨ During pregnancy — it can support a comfortable “belly-down” position for a few minutes when your body is craving a change in positioning
✨ Postpartum (including after BBL or pelvic procedures) — it can help offload pressure from your tailbone or pelvic floor so you can rest more comfortably
Sometimes it’s the simple tools that give your body a little relief and space to breathe. 💛
