She talked. And I listened.
I held space for her, and she filled it with emotions that had been tightly compressed.
She exposed her hidden self-doubts.
I helped her discover where they started and what was really true.
She examined her thinking and feelings.
I taught her how to boldly call them out.
She grew in confidence and authenticity.
I asked questions that helped her find her purpose.

✨She put in the work.
✨She changed her thinking.
✨She took action.
✨She created the life she had been longing for and never looked back.
This is the true story of one of my incredible clients.

You will always be pushed and pulled. Something will always come up.
Intentionally practicing time is the only way through the chaos.
Here are a few tips:
- Identify what is important to you. How you spend your time reveals what you value at your core.
- Set realistic expectations. Pay attention to how long specific tasks take you, use it as data, and move forward accordingly.
- Look ahead, plan, and prepare.
- Anticipate obstacles. Always have a Plan B (and C, and D, and…)
- Treat unexpected challenges as normal. Life is full of them. Learning to flow with them will increase your resilience.

Question I get asked often: Why a full year of coaching?
I thought this would be the perfect time to bring it up as my coach and I have been working together for almost a year.
Guess what? We are not even close to where our goals are.

The body takes time.
No crash diet will get you to that image of what you want your body to look like.
AND chances are that “dream body “ is heavier on the scale than you thought.

It took a while to get where you are at. It will take a bit to get where you are going.
Having a coach gives you accountability and structure; a cheerleader to celebrate success; someone to navigate your hurdles with patience.
When the path is laid out and the vision is clear the only thing that can follow is success.
