🌟 This Giving Tuesday, Support Educators and the Students They Serve. 🌟
Progressive educators are working every day to create learning environments that are joyful, inclusive, empowering, and grounded in equity–work that feels especially vital in a time when public discourse around education is increasingly polarized, and teachers are being asked to do more with fewer resources.
Your gift helps the Progressive Education Network (PEN) provide the resources, community, and professional support that educators need to stay grounded, inspired, and effective as they champion student-centered, justice-focused learning.
If you believe in child-centered, justice-focused education, please consider making a donation today. Your generosity fuels the work that shapes our schools—and our future. ❤️

Indianola Informal!
Indianola offers an informal program. Teachers plan integrated units using Columbus City Schools’ curriculum and children’s interests to build authentic learning experiences. Together with students, they often plan “webs” that focus on a theme or central question to guide their learning. Visual arts, music and dance play a central role in our curriculum. Teachers work closely with the arts team to create and plan for thematic units, including sharing student work and performances.
Indanola Informal is a K-8 urban public school. Our vision is that all students will lead a portfolio conference to demonstrate grade level standards mastery, as well as their connection to school, community, and world.
