10 yrs ago today I got my zumba instructor certification and with that changed my life. I was going through a tough time and needed joy snd dancing in my life. As soon as I started teaching I found the group of my sister goddesses, tons of positive , fun students and surrounded myself with music and shimmies!

On this note, I can't wait to get back to the gym next week. Yoga on April 16, Wed and Zumba the following Sunday!

I can't believe. My Zumba goddess became an angel.... RIP, Aurea Eda Dela Paz ..... I'm so sad but I know you will be dancing in your new dimension. ...love you. All zumva family morn your departure snd send our love to your family .

My beautiful zumba snd yoga students. While my doctors cleared me to teach... my body still did not. Those who know me , know I NEVER DO IT but I tried today and it is a no go yet. I I gotta think of me and you too. I want you to have a fabulous class, not a lame one worrying about me. I put requests for subs for one more week and will do the revision weekly. I hope to see you soon. Love you mucho miss you so. Thinking of new choreos in my head.

Every single year my Zumba or Yoga 8:30am class falls on the 1st of January. Yep, my students are the first people I see besides those who I celebrate the New Years with... some of us cone straight from a party lol.
