Sound Meditation Experience
February 10 | 4-5pm | Alice Millar Chapel

Join the Drop-In Meditation Community for a unique meditation experience. Sound Mediation is a sonic contemplative practice which uses a variety of instruments (gongs, crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, etc.) to revitalize your body through sound and vibration. Led by Preston Klik, Evanston's own Gong Whisperer!
