This book is a great conversation starter as children are encouraged to understand cultural differences and race.
My mission is to remind little black girls and black boys of their beauty, while also educating other children of racial difference. Through all the chaos in our world, it is difficult to feel confident in the skin we are in. I want you to know, despite what the media portrays as beauty, you are beautiful. As you all know, I love doing drop offs. Seeing the smiles on the kids faces always makes my day! I am excited to start my first pilot program with the art teachers of D65 to collect data while working to increase the value of IHTU so that children, teachers, and families will continue to benefit. I look forward to this partnership continuing to flourish

It was a joy spending time with Kayden in class this morning! We enjoyed breakfast, making cookies, and reading books! I am so grateful for every moment spend with family, and Even if it’s for a moment. Learning to tell the ones i care about how much I love them 10x more! 🤗🥰♥️

Our bedtime story last night! 😆I started reading to Kayden, and he ended up reading to daddy! It felt so good to hear him say positive affirmations to himself. The smile on his face showed that the words made him feel valued. Remember to say positive things to yourself and your children as it gives them the confidence they deserve. It’s entrepreneurs day! I never would have thought my story and dreams would lead me to creating products and a brand/movement that will potentially influence the lives of others in a positive way. I’m not sure where this path will lead me, but I’m confident it will take me to places I would have never imagined ✨ I encourage you all to keep dreaming and chasing your dreams with patience and persistence! 💫 🌟
