BUILT THE GOAT WAY: Noah’s Network 🇺🇸
After graduating high school in 2021, Noah Alexander chose a path centered on leadership, service, and problem-solving. He attended the United States Military Academy at West Point, earning a Bachelor of Science in Engineering Management and Systems Engineering.
Today, he serves as a 2nd Lieutenant in the United States Army, where he leads soldiers, plans operations, manages logistics, and develops the skills that will one day help him achieve his goal of becoming a project manager. 🎓🇺🇸
Noah chose this path because he wanted a career focused on leadership and helping teams accomplish difficult goals. His military training and engineering education work hand in hand, giving him the ability to plan efficient operations, solve complex problems, and empower others to succeed. As an Army Officer, he understands that leadership is ultimately about enabling people to accomplish the mission. 🧠⚙️
One of Noah’s proudest moments came shortly after commissioning when soldiers immediately began seeking him out for mentorship. To him, that trust meant more than any title or rank. Professionally, he was also honored to receive opportunities to learn from respected companies such as Crossland Construction and FlintCO, experiences that reinforced the value of leadership, teamwork, and continuous growth. 🤝🏾⭐
The biggest challenge Noah faced after graduation was finding a community that shared his goals and ambitions. At West Point, purpose and accountability were woven into everyday life. After entering the workforce, he had to intentionally seek out meaningful connections and surround himself with people who pushed him to grow. Through networking, mentorship, and relationship-building, he learned that success is rarely achieved alone. 💯
Noah’s advice to GOATs in training:
“Get to know everyone around you because it shows that you can be trusted. Trusted people often see more opportunities and more sides of the people they work with. You won’t go far alone, so build relationships, invest in others, and create a community that helps everyone succeed.” 🌱
