These offerings and these prayers are out of gratitude for life and for the perseverance of life.
When we can be sovereign individuals, celebrate each others differences, show up with reverence and uplift each other is when the human race can be one nation again.

The secret is to gain experience in all forms of duality while remaining in or always coming back to oneness consciousness.
Pain, pleasure, polarity and duality will always be apart of this experience.
Oneness however is a choice to wake up beyond the duality to see the larger forces at play.

Center.
What does it mean to find your Center?
What does it look like?
I can tell you a few things it doesn’t look like.
It doesn’t look like joy or happiness or romantic love or accomplishment.
Now, these could be byproducts of finding your Center but it is not The Center.
Center is neutrality.
Center is neither this way nor that way.
Neither forward nor backward.
Center can flow through it all and yet be unwavering at the same time.
At the center there is no elation nor dissatisfaction.
Center is sometimes pain and pleasure and sometimes neither of the two.
Center is fully connected and genuinely unaffected.
Center doesn’t agree or disagree.
Center is the harmony between the light and the dark.
Center is truly shamanic.
Center is not Heaven nor Hell, but the ability to work with both is.
Center is roots in the earth and branches to the sky.
Center is a practice for some and a lifestyle for others.
Center is the medicine we all seek, weather we know it or not.
Center can’t fully be explained in words.
Truth is at the Center.
God and Goddess is at the Center.
The true Self is at the Center.
Let this life be a path of Center.

Going through deep transformation and transition is not easy.
To become the Man that I know I am capable of being takes a lot of shedding. For me it takes letting go of shame, grief, anger, pride, unworthiness, haunting shadows and stuff that’s not even understood cognitively. And by letting go I mean fully fu***ng diving into it and being with the uncomfortable, sometimes for days or even weeks before being able to fully move through and receive the medicine that is awaiting me. Family, purpose, relationship, community, finances, spiritual practice, it’s all related in my eyes. And it all has its way of coming around to break me down so I can learn how to build myself back up. But it’s not easy, at all. Sometimes we get the blessing of grace in our life, and sometimes we are meant to do much more than live a simple peaceful life and so the obstacles and lessons come to sculpt the lover, warrior, magician, and King that I am meant to be. And so here I am crying my eyes out at the pain I still carry and the various obstacles life has put on my path. Here I am humbly grateful to shed these tears, as the strong man I am I will not hold them in and create more walls and armor, I will dig, dig deep in my body mind and soul to offer them to great spirit and to my own pity as a confirmation that I have what it takes and I will find love and gratitude through it all. Here I am emptied, ready to be refilled and renewed.
