F3 Erwin F3 stands for (1) Fitness, (2) Fellowship, and (3) Faith. Mon, Wed, & Fri - 5:30-6:15am Come join us!

The mission of F3 is to plant, grow, and serve small mens workout groups for the invigoration of male community leadership. F3 Erwin is a group of men committed to helping one another get better in through Fitness, Fellowship, and Faith. We meet three times a week: Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays at 5:30 am in the Love Chapel Elementary School parking lot.

The other day I had someone share with me that they just didn’t feel like they had the “motivation” to get up and get out there and workout - to get fit… to lose those pesky lbs…. To get healthy…..

Well here’s MY motivation today - these 10 guys got up this morning and met at 5:30am in the gloom to get out there and get after it 💪🏽🙌

F3 isn’t just about working out - it’s about reaching out and extending a guy to the guy next to you.

If you need some accountability- if you need some discipline - if you need some motivation - come on out.

F3 is open to ALL men. ALL MEN. all age ranges, skill levels, varying degrees of fitness - don’t think, “I need to get in shape before I come out to something like that…” - this IS the place to come and find a community of men that won’t leave you behind and that will help push you to get better!
