On June 18, we had the privilege of celebrating our Adult Education graduates as they crossed the stage and marked an incredible achievement, earning their GEDs.
The evening was a celebration of determination, perseverance, and new beginnings. Surrounded by family, friends, staff, and volunteers, each graduate was recognized for the hard work and dedication that brought them to this milestone.

Great upcoming event from PA Career Link!

The event will be held on Wednesday, June 17, 2026, from 9:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at the UPMC Neighborhood Center, 803 East Avenue, Erie, PA 16503. The event features a resource fair where attendees can connect with local organizations that provide career, education, and community support services. Food will be available from the Charter School of Excellence food truck on site. A UC Basics Workshop will be offered from 12:30 p.m. to 1:30 p.m., covering Unemployment Compensation basics. Registration for the workshop is required through a PA CareerLink® account. Participating organizations include PA CareerLink®, Office of Vocational Rehabilitation, IU5, Veterans Affairs, Pennie, Erie Drug & Alcohol, and GECAC.
