Too many people in chronic pain are met with the same answers everywhere: medicate, inject, or operate, often before anyone has looked closely at what's actually driving the problem.

Whether you're the one carrying it, or you're a caregiver, family member, or care professional walking beside someone who is — you know how isolating it can be to navigate life, relationships, work, and healing in a system that wasn't built for you.

I know this personally. I've spent over ten years healing from ADHD, C-PTSD, and Chronic Fatigue Syndrome. My husband Brett is healing from Autism Spectrum Disorder. We're also helping our child heal from ADHD. Between us, that's a decade-plus of navigating a care system that wasn't designed for any of it.

All we ever wanted was a community that understood, and resources to help us find our way to healing. So we built both.
