It has officially been one week since the launch of the ! Again, I cannot thank you enough for all the support!
However, I just wanted to take a quick minute and let you know that your support is going above and beyond Pure Grit Fitness.
I’m not going to lie...considering the current state of our country, it took me a very long time to narrow down the organizations to donate to. Hence, why I am posting this a week later than anticipated.
Ultimately, I decided I wanted to the proceeds to go to organizations that provide direct crisis relief services with an emphasis in serving our youth. Because honestly, our youth are our future. They are our future leaders, teachers and change makers! So I definitely think the well being of our young people is worth investing in!
Therefore, 20% of the proceeds from each purchased will be donated to the following organizations:
⚪️GRITSTICK- works to help transform and save the lives homeless, runaway and trafficked young people. They offer housing and support services to youth in need – currently reaching 74,000 youth every year.
🔴GRITSTICK- Works to ensure that every child is in a loving home by: recruiting more foster and adoptive families, engaging wrap-around support for at-risk, foster & adoptive families, and helping youth who have aged out without a family reach their full potential.
⚫️ GRITSTICK- is a non-profit dedicated to the well-being of children, families and communities, particularly those without equitable access to resources. They work to promote healthy racial identity development in youth and are currently donating all funds received to rent relief for minority families.
🔵 GRITSTICK- (to write love on her arms): a non-profit movement dedicated to presenting hope and finding help for those struggling with depression, addiction, self-injury, and su***de.
