Hello, helloooo! Long time, no see!! I’ve been missing this space and the community we’ve shared so much!! Y’all, life has been lifing and so much has changed since I’ve last been active here- it’s been hard to show up in the same capacity.

Grief has been a constant theme in my life lately and Ive just been feeling my way through it. It’s been heavy and uncomfortable as hell, but I’m allowing myself the grace to feel with the intention to heal.

Unsurprisingly (if you’ve learned anything about me here lol), I find myself leaning more into my sensuality lately. I deeply desire creating pockets of joy and pleasure, as often as I can. These days, that looks a lot like getting a whiff of how delicious my perfume smells on me. Or dancing sensually on the beach by myself in the middle of the night. It looks like enjoying 2-hour long massages. It’s the intention of enjoying every bite of my food.

I’ve been reminded of how good it feels to love and care for yourself in sensual ways. It’s been healing to my soul. As I continue to heal and feel, I just wanna share the journey and whatever that looks like…

Today, 1/11 marks THREE years of Layci Love 💗✨

I created this space after a life-changing event lead me to manifest a true and deep love for myself. My intention has always been to inspire and empower other women to do the same. We are all so deserving of that kind of love and I wanted to help as many as I could see it in themselves.

However, this past year slowed me down a lot. I often found it difficult to pour into this space, being more focused on pouring into myself when life shook me up. I’ve felt like I’ve failed Layci Love at times. Like I wasn’t doing enough.

But, today, I’m reminded of all that I’ve accomplished here and despite any setbacks, I still continue to show up!

In the past three years I have:
💗 Empowered women all over the country to embrace their sensuality
💗 Showed many the power of manifestation and embodying gratitude
💗 Created an online workshop teaching women how to take sensual selfies
💗 Taught said workshop to .essentials patrons
💗 Lead a guided self-love affirmation session to a campus organization at Tulane University
💗 Turned my online workshop into an in-person PARTY that people have booked in other cities!!!
💗 Offered 1-on-1 Sensual Empowerment Coaching Sessions

I am so proud of the work I’ve done here. It’s a reflection of how I’ve grown to love myself. There is no end goal, just continuous growth. More empowering and inspiring. More healing and loving.

I’m not sure what that looks like going forward just yet, but I am looking forward to all that Layci Love has in store!

Today especially, I am grateful for your presence and support here, for three whole years!! It means the world to me!

I saw a TikTok today that stated as women, we often treat others better than ourselves. The woman decided she’d start treating herself better, as she would the love of her life. And to be honest, I, too, could do a better job of loving myself. So, I will be as well!

I am the love of my life and I’m gonna act like it 💗✨

Note to self: the softness you desire starts with you!

Grief and heartache have quietly consumed me for months now. It’s created this hard, cold exterior I can’t seem to shake.

This wall I’ve started building to keep more pain out, seems to be doing a better job of keeping it all bottled in.

I am ready for healing. I am ready for my light to shine bright again. I’m ready to take a page from my own book and love myself into my best and highest self.

I recommit myself to the softness and love I desire. And it starts with how I show up for ME 💗
