August 24–28, 2026
Tomorrow begins an exciting new chapter at Enfield Middle S.T.E.A.M. Academy! We are ready to welcome our Panthers and begin a year grounded in three commitments:

This year, we will be intentional about creating a school where scholars are challenged, supported, inspired, and exposed to the possibilities that await them.

Through the Engineering Design Process—ASK → IMAGINE → PLAN → CREATE → IMPROVE—our scholars will have opportunities to connect classroom learning to real-world experiences.

📚 WHAT TO EXPECT DURING WEEK 1
The first week matters! Our teachers will spend intentional time building relationships while establishing the routines, procedures, expectations, and learning environment scholars need to be successful.
Families, please talk with your Panther each evening. Ask what they learned, what expectations were established in their classrooms, and one thing they can do tomorrow to make the next day even better.
⏰ SCHOOL DAY: Doors open at 7:30 AM, Grab & Go breakfast is available beginning at 7:30 AM, instruction begins promptly at 8:00 AM, and dismissal begins at 3:30 PM.
🎒 Make sure your scholar arrives prepared for the school day.
👕 Review and follow all expectations outlined in the Parent/Student Handbook, including dress code expectations.
📵 Cell phones and personal electronic devices should remain off and away in accordance with school procedures.
🚌 Please make sure your scholar knows their bus or car-rider transportation plan before arriving at school.
📱 GET CONNECTED WITH TALKINGPOINTS! Staying connected is one of the best ways to ensure you don't miss important school announcements, reminders, and updates throughout the year.
💻 CHECK INFINITE CAMPUS REGULARLY! Families should use Infinite Campus to monitor grades, attendance, assignments, and academic progress throughout the year.
✅ PANTHER FAMILY FIRST-WEEK CHECKLIST
As we begin the year, families can help us start strong by updating contact and emergency information, reviewing your scholar’s schedule, reading the Parent/Student Handbook, discussing attendance and transportation expectations, completing required forms, connecting through TalkingPoints, and checking Infinite Campus.
Most importantly, talk to your Panther about their school day. Your partnership matters.
We want every scholar to know from Day 1:
