We are so excited to release a children's book on emotions and coping skills! “DEX: A Book About Feelings” introduces children to the concept of emotion regulation and coping strategies. Dex the balloon expresses a rainbow of emotions, just like we do, and has the extraordinary ability to change color based on how he’s feeling. When Dex’s emotions take over and he bubbles up inside, the narrator and readers help him discover three valuable techniques to navigate those BIG feelings that children can use too.

This delightful, interactive story for kids encourages self-awareness, empathy, and the power of coping skills in a way that’s both fun and validating. Available on Amazon.

Free activity worksheets are available for download at www.bluejackkids.com.

Thank you Lory .studio for your creative talent and artistic ability in bringing Dex to life! We think Dex is adorable! 🥰

Thank you Danielle for your incredible editing skills, professionalism and guidance!
