and ultimate goal of Yoga had been forgotten. Usha wishes to share the yogic authentic sincere experience of yoga. The practice of yoga brings a Union of the inner trinity: the mind, body and soul. Surrendering our egos, our self criticism, our thoughts and our expectations at the door. Yoga is a practice of coming to know ones own true self. Usha Rathee (certified in Hatha Yoga) was born and brought up in the Northern part of India. She has been a dedicated practitioner of Hatha yoga for the past fifteen years and has been teaching over the last two years. In 1989, Usha moved to the United States at the age of twenty-four. She has been married for 28 years and is the mother to a daughter and a son. Usha is the founder of her own company which has been financially successful for the past twenty-five years.
