🤘 HEADS UP, HENRY COUNTY! BE SURE TO SAVE THE DATE!

If you’ve been waiting for the right moment to give yoga a try, this is it. Have you been looking for something completely unique to do for the spooky time of year? Then join us for Heavy Metal Yoga at the Henry County Public Library! We’re swapping out the traditional soft sounds of yoga for high-energy tracks from bands like Korn, Tool, and System of a Down.

Whether you're a seasoned yogi or completely new to the mat, this class is FREE and built for everyone, especially with beginners in mind. Come get a powerful workout and a deep stretch in a judgment and competition free environment.

Why try yoga? It’s a total reset for your body and mind. Not only is it amazing for relieving tight hips and lower back pain, but it also helps quiet the mind, melting away stress, anxiety, and tension. Plus, you’ll naturally build physical strength, balance, and flexibility with every session!
All skill levels are welcome. Just grab a friend, bring a water bottle, and we’ll supply the rest!
