Hi! Iโm a speech-language pathologist, professor, former college athlete, and private practice owner with a passion for helping individuals find their voiceโat every stage of life
๐ฌ Iโve worked across the country in schools, clinics, in-home, and community settings, supporting children, adolescents, and adults with speech, language, feeding, AAC, fluency, and myofunctional needs.
๐ Why I started Empowering Abilities Therapy:
I believe communication is more than just words. I started this practice to support functional, real-life needsโfrom eating and swallowing to speaking and communicatingโand to make a meaningful impact not only on individuals, but on their families and everyday routines.
My approach blends evidence-based practice, creativity, movement, and connection, because therapy should feel purposeful, empowering, and supportive beyond the therapy room โจ
