Happy Saturday! Today, 8/8 is the peak of the Lion’s Gate Portal, which takes place from approximately July 28-August 12.

🦁 During this time, the Sun aligns with the brightest star Sirius, in the zodiac sign of Leo, symbolized by the fierce lion.
♾️ The number 8 on its side corresponds to infinity, opening us to infinite possibilities.
✨ It is thought to be a highly energetic time for manifestation of your goals, to release old layers and receive new energy in abundance.
🪷 Yoga, journaling, and manifestation rituals are highly beneficial during this time. In particular, meditation brings us into theta wave brain activity, which not only activates the parasympathetic nervous system for deep healing and relaxation but effectively promotes a quantum shift in which we are pure consciousness and energy, where anything is possible. When we return we carry the frequency with back with us, and goals and intentions are happening in real time!

This energy is potent for the next four days. Look out for a snippet of my infinity yoga flow in the next few days.

Happy Monday! Yesterday the second full moon of May had its peak, making it a blue moon (two full moons in a given lunar cycle). The full moon is always a potent time for deep introspection and release, but the blue moon amplifies this, often seen as a turning point or a second chance to leave something behind and embrace something new. Meanwhile we enter the month of June, bringing us into a period of abundance and growth as the Sun climbs higher. The 7 of Wands in the ‘release’ position tells us that we can lower our defenses and loosen the grip a bit, while still maintaining healthy boundaries. This invites the partnerships of the Lovers, welcoming new friendships, romances or collaborations or strengthening existing ones.
