🎉 Congratulations, Pittsgrove Township School District! 🎉

We are proud to share that Pittsgrove has been awarded an $80,000 High-Impact Tutoring Grant from the New Jersey Department of Education.

This funding is part of a $7.5 million statewide investment supporting 55 school districts and charter schools in expanding high-impact tutoring programs in English language arts and mathematics.

High-impact tutoring provides students with frequent, individualized or small-group support aligned to classroom instruction. This proven strategy helps accelerate learning, strengthen academic skills, and support student success.

We are excited for the opportunities this grant will create for our students during the school day and after school as we continue Growing All Learners to Thrive.

The New Jersey Department of Education has awarded $7.5 million to 55 school districts and charter schools to expand high‑impact tutoring programs in English language arts and mathematics.

These grants support frequent, individual or small group tutoring aligned to classroom instruction—one of the most effective strategies for accelerating student learning. Schools will use the funding to provide tutoring during the school day, after school, and through summer programs, all while tracking student progress to ensure strong outcomes.
