Exam everything and be sure to celebrate even the smallest wins so far this week.

Try this:

Dump the past and only think about what your future plans are. Think so big it makes you laugh but continue to make this plans.
You energy follows thought; you will suddenly become aware of the path you can take to get there.

Looking ahead to the horizon can help with perspective, balance and vision.
Looking down can throw you off balance and looking back is brings us to a complete halt in progress.

Try this:
Take an inventory of where you are, where you want to be and what is the true next step.
It may be tiny compared to what you were originally thinking.

Minor changes in motion can create the momentum you need to get to the next step with confidence, stability and the best outcome.
Leaps can lead to lack of detail, loss of energy and missed opportunities; stay steady.

Wasting time choosing to do nothing is different from resting, recharging or rebooting.
Choose to not hesitate , but to engage.

Get going as the sun is rising. Go see something new, visit a place you miss or volunteer even if it’s uncomfortable.
