It is that time of month again. 🥳🥳

This week we will be discussing our thoughts and how they don’t have to rule our days/nights.

How we can turn our thoughts into a strength. 💪🏼💪🏼

Start to understand how our judgment, pride and critical attitudes force us to struggle more in our relationships and what God has to say about all the above.

Tackling our feelings and emotions is a daily battle inside our minds that can be conquered with the right direction. 🥰

I look forward to having open discussions with the girls this week.

If you have a teen girl looking to start mastering her BIG emotions, make sure you sign up for our group sessions Wednesday or Saturday.

Look forward to seeing the girls this week. ❤️

Was it just me…or did anyone else enjoy the Verizon outage yesterday? 📱📵

It was so nice to not to even think about my phone yesterday. 📱🤔

I did think about putting a phone back in the house. ☎️

This way I can turn my cell off at 8 pm and be present for my family and myself.
