Jason Bartanen of Collision ProAssist will host a BackBay Live event with the Missouri Auto Body Association next Wednesday, Aug. 26. The event will provide technicians an opportunity to ask the technical questions they're stuck on and get answers live from an expert. Bartanen said they will answer as many as time allows during the event, and he will personally follow up on any questions that aren't covered during the live session.

Today is Tim's birthday.

We lost Tim to su***de last fall. Tim was a lot like many of us. He was an automotive enthusiast; a technician; a motorcyclist; a story teller; an outdoorsman; somebody that loved his friends and family; and he had a great laugh. Also like many of us, he struggled to share his thoughts, feelings, and depression.

So today, in memory of Tim and too many others, one ask: if you're struggling, call or text 988, or visit 988lifeline.org. Talk to someone. It doesn't have to be a hotline; a friend, a coworker, anyone. Just don't carry it alone. 🙏

Happy Birthday, Tim. I miss you. 💔
