How Resistance Bands Help Distance Control

βœ… Develop awareness of range

* The tension in the band gives immediate feedback when a boxer moves too far or too close.
* Helps fighters understand their jab range and punching distance.

* Teaches athletes to move while maintaining balance and stance.
* Encourages proper push-offs and controlled movement in and out of range.

It helps you move in and out faster, jab quicker, and stay harder to hit.

Wider stance = power and balance.
It gives you a stronger base to sit on your punches, generate more force, and hold your ground.
