Dance Fitness and Stretching starts after technique tonight! Bring a friend, neighbor, fellow dancer, Amazon driver, or anyone else that will enjoy a good workout and some dance fun! $10 can pay at class, hope to see you starting tonight, and after every technique class for the rest of the season. Come join us :)

💥ATTENTION💥
Coming for the 2nd Semester - Dance Fitness/Deep Stretching/Flexibility Class. Join Jana from 7:30-815 after every technique class from Jan thru May for a rotation of Dance Fitness/Deep Stretching/Flexibility. Classes are suitable for anyone 10yrs or older. Available to the public, friends/family/neighbors etc. NO DANCE EXPERIENCE REQUIRED. Cost is $10 per night payable at class, cash/card/venmo. Dance Fitness doesn't focus on precise dance routines - instead, dance fitness is a workout routine that incorporates dance led by an instructor to get full body exercise. (wear comfy clothes and clean gym shoes) Deep Stretching/Flexibility is active stretching of muscles, including, but not limited to the back, hamstrings, quads, core, and shoulders. We will engage our muscles to increase our flexibility. (bring an exercise mat/large pool or bath towel for on the floor time) Socks are fine for this portion of the class. Give it a try, we are looking forward to starting this program, as it will be good for ALL of us! Dancingly....Gigi and Jana

The Dancin’ Paintbrush had a fall themed party last week, thanks everyone that attended! You all did an amazing job, and I hope you enjoyed the time! Rumor has it that there might be a Mom’s class in the future…stay tuned. Thanks again….Shey
