About Me:
I am passionate about education, mental health, and helping students reach their full potential. I have experience tutoring and teaching in both a virtual and in-person environment. With 3 years of experience teaching and 8 years of tutoring experience, I have guided countless students to success in mathematics. Math classes are a constant struggle for students and my approach to tutoring is to build students' confidence with math and make learning an enjoyable journey.

Qualifications:
Master’s Degree in Teaching Secondary Mathematics from Empire State College
NYS 7-12 Mathematics Teacher Certification
Wisconsin 7-2 Mathematics Teacher Certification
Excellence in Mathematics Award at UAlbany

Subjects I Teach:
High School Math (Pre-Algebra through Calculus)
College Level Calculus 1 and 2
Math K-8

My Teaching Approach:
I believe in building relationships with students to understand their unique needs and learning styles and then adapting my methods to fit their needs. My goal is not only to help with immediate academic challenges, but to help build students' confidence and help them gain effective learning strategies that last a lifetime.

Virtual or In-Person:
I offer both virtual and in-person tutoring.
I am located in Elba, NY and willing to travel. In-person meeting places will be discussed prior to the first meeting.
Virtual meetings will be held through Google Meet.
