Local 51 Firefighter Combat Challenge Team We represent the people of El Paso in a tasked based competition, which has been deemed by ESPN, "THE TOUGHEST TWO MINUTES IN SPORTS".

THROUGH YOUR GRACIOUS SUPPORT AND THE SUPPORT OF OUR SPONSORS, IT IS POSSIBLE TO REPRESENT THE PEOPLE OF EL PASO IN THIS TASKED BASED COMPETITION, WHICH HAS BEEN DEEMED BY ESPN, " THE TOUGHEST TWO MINUTES IN SPORTS". THIS "COMPETIOTION WITH A PURPOSE " SIMULATES REAL LIFE FIREFIGHTING AND DEMANDS A HIGH LEVEL OF PHYSICAL PROWESS. THROUGHOUT THE YEAR , OUR TEAM IS ACTIVE IN THE EL PASO COMMUNITY SUPPORTING VARIOUS CHARITABLE CAUSES, SUCH AS THE MUSCULAR DYSTROPHY ASSOCIATION, SIERRA PROVIDENCE, RACE FOR THE CURE, UNITED WAY, BRAS FOR THE CAUSE, HIGH SCHOOL FIRE TECH AND MENTORSHIP PROGRAMS AND MANY MORE.

GOOD MORNING 😃!!!!! I made the Top 5 in my group and could not have done it with your help. I'm excited I'm pumped. The #1 in each Group will advance. It's a dog fight now. FOUND it 😃!!!! We met this little girl when she diagnosed. She was so sad. The cancer but for her hair that's what got her... this was in 2017.. So this pass Monday we saw her. And OMG she looked BEAUTIFUL. Big smile Big curly hair. She is doing great. This made me so happy. It's rare that we get to see them again. We get to meet kids but we dont know what happens after. This was very special for me. All I know is this we prayed together that day we meet. We prayed for healing, strength and hope. And those prayers were answered.

We would like to thank the management team at the Super center Walmart on the far Eastside on Zaragoza by Montwood for donating these coloring books and crayons for the Hearts of Courage at Providence Children's hospital. We will be making children that are battling cancer and other chronic diseases honorary fire fighters. The event will be on Monday November 4th.

This Raul Montoya. Not only is he a good friend of mine but he's also my brother. I can always count on Raul for any charity event that I need to attend to any race and fundraiser what ever the charity event it is he's there. He's on my team The Local 51 Firefighter Combat Challenge Team. He's been serving our city our community helping those in need fighting fire. He is one of the nicest guys you can never meet.
