Thank you to Sharon Loredo, a friend of the Little Free Libraries! Today, El Monte celebrated the mural and art work of artist Dolores Gonzalez Haro. As a child, Haro grew up in Hicks Camp. Dolores is also an illustrator of the children's book City Girl, Town Girl. To support the emCLP Little Free Libraries, Sharon placed a signed copy in front of Gidley School. What an honor! ❤️

In This season of graditude & reflection we would like to thank:
Leslie William Norman Johnson for his incredible volunteer work in building multiple Little Free Libraries as part of his Eagle Scout Project! Your dedication to service is truly inspiring.

Artist and mental health advocate Emily Wu () for bringing these libraries to life with her uplifting and positive artwork. Her designs remind everyone who visits that kindness, creativity, and hope belong in every neighborhood.

ATC Studio for creating, funding and supplying books for a new library in New Temple Park, South El Monte. Your project was incredible and we walked away with friendships we love! Your commitment to the arts, community and Justice inspire us!
