It’s pomegranate season at RUSD! Students learned these ruby-red jewels were first grown in Iran nearly 8,000 years ago—and had so much fun picking and tasting every sweet seed! ❤️🌿 .rescue

Our curious gardeners became dirt detectives! 🕵️‍♀️ They added compost, pulled weeds, and felt the difference between clay, sand, silt, and loam — the secret ingredients for happy plants! 🌸Who knew dirt could be this fun? 😄

🌱⚡️ Something Shocking is Coming to the Garden! ⚡️🌱
Our Garden Scientists are about to launch a never-before-tried experiment! Instead of just planting seeds and waiting, they’ll be adding a little zap of electricity (1.5 volts, like a tiny battery) right into the soil.
For the next 2–3 weeks, they’ll be watching closely, writing down what they see, and collecting data. Then comes the exciting part—analyzing what really happened and discovering the results! 🔬✨
