Love this break down of how these mechanics. Building good actions and learning how to use the lower half. Still 6 months until game one of the HS season. It’s all about having a plan. Develop with a structure, not from day to day with the future unknown! Up 10 mph on some of his Plyo balls, over 45 on each compound lift and maintains his top velocity from day 1…
Timing is most important key so building more and more separation and explosive drive is essential to having good timing of the body unwinding! Get better 1% everyday!

Great job Glen representing the facility. 2ks one being a Washington commit and no runs. Wasn’t the senior year he wanted cause he is a huge team guy, but finished 1 in strikeouts in his county (83) in 68 innings and topped out in game 87…. Thank you for representing for all three boys and the entire facility as they would have all dominated last night!!! Congrats on a great 4 years on varsity, being a team leaders and showing up when needed especially petco park on all star night 🔥🔥🔥
