Sometimes overwhelming feelings can show up quickly and make it hard to feel calm, steady, or focused. In those moments, having a simple gardening tool ready to use can help us pause, reset, and reconnect with the present moment.

Try this quick cool-down reset:

🧊 Place an ice cube wrapped in a cloth on the back of our neck
🧊 Hold it there for 30–60 seconds
🧊 Focus on slow, steady breaths
🧊 Notice the cool sensation and allow the body to settle
