🛌 Friday: Pajama Day – Wear your comfiest pajamas and slippers!

💙 Students who participate may wear jeans all week with their themed attire.

LEVEL UP + SHOW UP + COUGAR UP! 🐾

💛💙 Start the school year strong with ECISD’s Level Up Enrichment Week! This opportunity is available to all registered Edinburg CISD students in Pre-K3 through 12th grade.

Join us August 17–21 for a week of engaging learning experiences, creative projects, team-building activities, and academic enrichment at ECISD campuses across the district.

Open to ECISD elementary, middle, and high school students. Meals are provided, transportation is available, and attendance is free.

From academics and science to sports, music, and the arts, students will have opportunities to learn, grow, and have fun before the new school year gets fully underway.

💛💙 ¡Comienza el año escolar con fuerza en la Semana de Enriquecimiento Level Up de ECISD! Esta oportunidad está disponible para todos los estudiantes inscritos en Edinburg CISD, desde Pre-K3 hasta 12.º grado.

Acompáñanos del 17 al 21 de agosto para disfrutar de una semana llena de experiencias de aprendizaje, proyectos creativos, actividades para fortalecer el trabajo en equipo y enriquecimiento académico en los planteles de ECISD.

Abierto para estudiantes de primaria, secundaria y preparatoria de ECISD. Se ofrecerán comidas, habrá transporte disponible y la participación es completamente gratuita.

Desde actividades académicas y ciencias hasta deportes, música y artes, los estudiantes tendrán la oportunidad de aprender, crecer y divertirse antes del inicio del nuevo ciclo escolar.

💙 💛 Elementary registration for new students and late registrations will take place at De Zavala Elementary from August 3–6, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

📚 De Zavala Elementary – Dress Code Reminder 🐾

As we prepare for a successful school year, please help your child arrive dressed according to our campus dress code. Following the dress code promotes a safe, respectful, and distraction-free learning environment for all students.

Quick Reminder:
👕 Shirts: Gold, Navy, or Gray collared shirts
👖 Pants/Shorts: Navy Blue or Khaki
👖 Jeans: Blue or Black only on approved days
🚫 No Crocs or slide sandals
🚫 No pullover hoodies/ shirts

Mientras nos preparamos para un gran año escolar, les pedimos su apoyo para que sus hijos lleguen a la escuela con el uniforme adecuado. Seguir el código de vestimenta ayuda a mantener un ambiente seguro, respetuoso y enfocado en el aprendizaje.

Recordatorio:
👕 Camisas: Tipo polo de color oro, azul marino o gris
👖 Pantalones/Shorts: Azul marino o caqui
👖 Mezclilla: Azul o negra solo en días autorizados
🚫 No se permiten Crocs ni sandalias tipo slide
🚫 No se permiten sudaderas o playeras con capucha (pullover hoodies)
