Join the Golden Eagle Marching Band for a day on September 26! See what it's like to play with other musicians and check out the wonderful Clarion community!
On October 10, the Golden Eagle Marching Band will also have an Alumni Day where you can return to your old stomping grounds and play music again with the current students!

🎉 Come check out the MFA Alumni Artist Talk Series at the Edinboro Campus! Located in Alexander Recital Hall, there will be five days throughout September and a bit of October where you can interact with and visit MFA alumnis' spectacular work! Be sure to check out the closing reception and panel discussion for more information on the artwork on Friday, October 2, from 4--7pm at the Bruce Gallery Foyer in the Baron Forness Library.

🌟 Heroic actions make a lasting impact. PennWest is proud to recognize student teacher Devin Keidel for her quick thinking and courage during a medical emergency at West End Elementary School in Meadville.

When a student began choking during lunch, Devin immediately stepped in and successfully performed the Heimlich maneuver, helping ensure the child's safety. Her calm response, first aid training, and dedication to student well-being exemplify the very best of PennWest.

🎉 Congratulations to the 2026 Golden Eagle Educator Honorees!

On May 7, PennWest Clarion proudly recognized 20 outstanding student educators during the Golden Eagle Educator Ceremony. Representing schools and educational organizations from early childhood through high school, these honorees were celebrated for their dedication, hard work, and commitment to shaping the future through education.

The Golden Eagle Education Foundation continues to support aspiring educators by enriching the student experience and helping remove financial barriers to academic and leadership success.
