Next up, 9am Yoga for Strength! 💪🏽 Find your edge with variations for all levels 🧘🏽‍♀️🏃🏼‍♀️‍➡️Practice listening to your body & honoring your breath as you activate various muscle groups & build heat! 🔥

The mental art of yoga is so important & beautiful 🎨🖌️🌅

Our minds are powerful 💪🏽 & sometimes our thoughts are difficult to navigate🛣️

That is why yoga is a practice (of the body & of the mind 🤓) I would not expect anyone to just know how to find & take a new path to a place they have never been 🙃

So why do we expect this to be so easy in our minds? 🤯

Yoga is not only a practice of physical movement but of mental movement 🧐

Gently guiding the thoughts so that you can have the fullest experience as you navigate through life 🧡😌
