In the Ohio Schools’ August/September issue — the OEA 2026-2027 Member Resource Guide — you’ll learn how union leaders, members, and staff are working together to achieve OEA’s vision to create an Ohio where every student has access to a high-quality public education and where all members are supported, valued, and respected.
Throughout the guide, both new educators and longtime members will find examples of how belonging to your union at the local, district, state, and national levels connects you with the professional supports, protection, and collective advocacy to be your best. The OEA Member Resource Guide also provides information about opportunities to build collective strength at the collective bargaining table and in your community.
