Excited to announce x will be merging! Our goal is to give the Bay Area the best of Striking, Grappling, and MMA. This idea was sparked about 8 or so months ago as I was developing my athletes, but knew that there were holes that needed to be filled. I sought out coach Gabe because of his grappling expertise, open mindedness, and overall understanding of martial arts. I honestly don’t think all disciplines there is a better overall martial artist in the area. So we began trading ideas, teaching concepts and techniques. The practices were engaging, and fulfilling, and the talent was rising. When an opportunity presented itself to bring everything together I jumped on it.

So Kaizen is moving to St. Pete! Last day of classes in Tampa will be next Friday 8/29 Classes at ICA start the following Monday 9/1 Any questions regarding the merger, schedule or memberships, feel free to DM.
