Richard F. Moreno Terminates Partnership with Tony Mizrahi, Jesse Aguayo, and Sholom Punes at MB Tactical Effective Immediately
Los Angeles, California – June 21, 2024, 12:32:44 P.M. – Richard F. Moreno has formally and irrevocably terminated his partnership with Tony Mizrahi, Jesse Aguayo, and Sholom Punes at MB Tactical, effective immediately, due to irreconcilable business practices and profound ethical differences. Mr. Moreno is no longer associated with MB Tactical in any capacity.
Mr. Moreno states, "Due to irreconcilable differences in business practices and ethical viewpoints, I am compelled to sever all ties with Tony Mizrahi, Jesse Aguayo, and Sholom Punes at MB Tactical. This decision is paramount to maintaining my professional integrity and adhering to my ethical standards."
Additionally, all intellectual property in the form of ideas, methods, concepts, or processes related to the range's marketing, management, and day-to-day operations are solely the intellectual property of Richard F. Moreno. These intellectual assets are no longer part of MB Tactical or Tony Mizrahi, Jesse Aguayo, and Sholom Punes. MB Tactical will no longer use any intellectual property without the expressed consent of Richard F. Moreno.
Tony Mizrahi, Jesse Aguayo, and Sholom Punes at MB Tactical have been notified this afternoon of Mr. Moreno's decision and are legally bound to acknowledge and respect his immediate disassociation from the company. Any actions or statements suggesting otherwise will be met with appropriate legal recourse.
