We have done screenings in the past for cowspircy and what the health produced by Kip Anderson. Both these documentaries are informative and encourage viewers to adapt a plant based lifestyle. We recommend everyone to watch the newest release seaspiracy to learn the impacts from fishing.

On Wednesday, April 7th, MSU will be hosting a webinar on the specific solutions to combat climate change in Michigan.

This is a free event and is open to the public for those who want to join.

Specific details about the event and who will be speaking are going to be posted soon!

Maybe they will talk about plant-based initiatives to support climate action and promote a more compassionate future. Or perhaps, we can ask questions about plant-based initiatives at this webinar.

A lot is happening in regards to sustainability at MSU, and events will be popping up all over! April is going to be full of events related to Earth month. This is a good time to get involved!

Its estimated that around 46 million turkeys are consumed during thanksgiving, so here’s some options to try this holiday. We understand being vegan is a privilege especially when it comes to price and availability of substitutes, which was why I stoked to find the meatless turkey at Aldi.
