We adopted a saying……. As one grows we all grow. They are one step closer to black belt.

This is Connor and London, brother and sister. Connor has been training for much longer than his sister. He just received his Blue Belt and she earned her white belt. Congratulations to these two warriors. We are very proud of all our students.

Our demo team did an outstanding job yesterday at "The Nationals by NY Tournaments." We came in 2nd but lost by 1/10 of a point. They looked amazing. Especially because we have 3 new demo members on the team. It was a great day for all of our competitors.

Our students are gearing up for "The Nationals - NY Tournaments" event tomorrow. We have 21 people attending to compete and do their very best. I am excited. I will keep you posted on the outcome. Wish us luck.
