🇺🇸 “America 250 School Photo: Today, our school took a photo in the shape of the number 250 on our athletic field. July 4, 2026 marks the 250th anniversary of the United States, also known as the semi-quincentennial. This anniversary marks 250 years since the founding of our nation. On Monday, May 25 we recognize Memorial Day by remembering the men and women in the United States Armed Forces who gave their lives fighting for the freedoms that we may enjoy in our country. To recognize both the Memorial Day holiday and the 250th anniversary of our nation, we marked the athletic field in the form of the number 250. The outline of the number was 280 feet long by 120 feet high. We are so proud of our students
and staff because they did an excellent job in showing school spirit and pride by forming the outline of 250. I would like to thank the Board of Education for their support and approving our plan for this activity.” - Mr. Hanas, CJHS Principal 🐻 East Brunswick Public Schools

The community support was amazing for teacher/staff appreciation week. We would like to thank EVERYONE who donated to help us say “thank you”!! 💚🐻 A special shout out to our local businesses for their support as well! 🫶
