🚨 Public Announcement Letter 🚨

‼️ An Important Announcement Regarding the Bloomfield Craft Fair ‼️

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the official cancellation of any future Bloomfield Craft Fairs.
For the past 10 years, this event has proudly served as a fundraiser for local school organizations and athletic teams while providing a space to showcase the incredible talent of local crafters, makers, and small businesses. What began as a simple idea grew into a beloved community tradition, built entirely on passion, volunteer time, and the belief that supporting one another matters.
Unfortunately, due to a combination of newly imposed rules, restrictions, compliance concerns, and additional insurance requirements that arose this year—many of which were not initially communicated—the continuation of the Bloomfield Craft Fair is no longer feasible. The event has officially been brought to a stop by New York State and the Bloomfield School District.
This decision has been devastating for our family. Jordan and I have spent countless hours over the years—days, weeks, months, and years—organizing this event. We invested not only our time, but also our own personal funds, because while we may not have had much money to give, we had an abundance of heart and a deep passion for helping others and supporting our schools.
We are incredibly grateful to every vendor who trusted us, every patron who showed up year after year, and every supporter who believed in what this craft fair stood for. Your encouragement, kindness, and loyalty made every long night and early morning worth it.
While this chapter is coming to a close, please know that this decision was not made lightly. We are deeply disappointed, but also proud of what we created together. For now, the Bloomfield Craft Fair is on pause indefinitely. We hope that one day, in a different capacity and under different circumstances, we may find another way to bring something meaningful back to this community.

✨ THANK YOU for an Amazing 10th Annual Bloomfield Craft Fair! ✨
What an incredible day! As we wrap up our 10th annual Bloomfield Craft Fair, we want to extend our deepest gratitude to every vendor, patron, volunteer, student, and community member who helped make today such a success. So much has changed over the years—but what has stayed constant is the amazing community we live in and the passion that surrounds this event.
Over the past decade, this craft fair has helped support families, small businesses, sports teams, PTSA, and our graduates. Thanks to YOU, it has grown into one of the best vendor events in the area—and one of the most looked-forward-to ways for vendors to close out their year.
To our vendors—whether you’ve been with us for all ten years or joined us for the first time today—you are all equally important. Your talent, professionalism, and enthusiasm are what make this event what it is.
A huge thank you to the hardworking student volunteers, who spent the day hauling items in, delivering meals, helping with setup and cleanup, and assisting vendors from start to finish. Your efforts never go unnoticed.
For my daughter Jordan and me, organizing this event has been a tremendous labor of love. We have poured hours, days, weeks, months, and years into building the Bloomfield Craft Fair into something meaningful for our community. Running an event with 100+ vendors takes enormous dedication, and I am endlessly proud of Jordan for continuing this tradition with me—especially with the arrival of my sweet new granddaughter, Evie. Thank you all for your patience, kindness, and the heartfelt compliments you share with us every year. This event is personal to us, and your support means everything.
We are grateful to the school district for allowing us to use the building and staff—without that support, none of this could happen.
As long as everything moves forward smoothly, we are already planning for next year’s event, scheduled for Saturday, November 21, 2026, where we will proudly celebrate the Bloomfield Bombers basketball athletic program. Same time, same place!
Before we close, we want to give several special shout-outs from today:
💙 Lexi – our incredible senior who was there from 5:30 AM until the very end, helped the night before laying tape and measuring spaces, and stayed afterward to pull it all back up. Your hard work and dedication are unmatched.
☕ C&B Roasters – thank you for the amazing food on the food truck!
🎓 Mrs. Rugur – for coordinating all the Class of 2026 student volunteers.
🏀 Jillian Howlett – for running the basketball 50/50 raffle and basket fundraiser.
🎶 Joe Andolino – for filling the building with festive holiday music.
🎗️ Our generous sponsors – we appreciate your support more than words can say.
And lastly, thank you to my husband Christopher, and to Jordan’s husband Nathan, for all of their hard work behind the scenes. Just remember: what happens on craft fair setup night stays on craft fair setup night 🤣 We love you both more than anything.

Next Saturday, November 22 from 9 AM until 2 PM. We will have approximately 100 vendors along with a food truck with C & B Roasters and The Dainty Donut Factory ! Come join us and support your local class of 2026, local crafters and vendors with a day full of creativity and fun!

Our signs are up so when you see one, please snap a photo and tag us on Facebook! When you tag us on Facebook, your name will be entered into a drawing that will happen at the event! If you want a chance to win, be sure to post your photo before Friday evening at 9 PM!

Shoutout to all of the Bloomfield Craft Fair 2025 sponsors that make this event possible!!! We are proud to announce that 100% of all vendor fees go directly to the Bloomfied class of 2026 this year thanks to the support of these local businesses. We are so grateful to be a part of this amazing community and can’t wait to see all of you on the 22nd at the Bloomfield Elementary School.

The snow is falling and annual Bloomfield Craft Fair weekend confusion has begun again. As we have done in years past, we would like to clarify where and when these events are happening! 

The Bloomfield Craft Fair is less than two weeks away! This fundraising event is held annually on the Saturday before Thanksgiving. This year it falls on Saturday, November 22 and will run from 9 AM until 2 PM at the Bloomfield Elementary School. Come in from the cold and warm up while listening to holiday tunes, eating delicious foods and treats, and shop over 100 different local crafters and vendors. Bring your family, friends and neighbors to enjoy a day full of holiday cheer and supporting the Bloomfield class of 2026!

There are several other events in Bloomfield on that day. Stop by and shop them all to see all of the amazing local crafters and vendors. Shop local this holiday season. I have included the flyers for all of the events that I could find. If you are hosting or participating in an event that is not listed below below, please let me know and I will add it.

As for the confusion - the craft fair at the Bloomfield High school has changed their date. They will not be hosting their event on the same day as all of the other events. Their event will be this weekend Saturday, November 15th. We know that our little town will be flooded with signs and it is hard to figure out what is going on. We hope that this post helps you to plan your holiday shopping this year and eliminate the confusion.

Good morning and happy day before halloween!! 🎃 The amazing annual Bloomfield Craft Fair at the Bloomfield ELEMENTARY School is approaching fast!

For those who haven’t been to this event before, the Bloomfield craft fair is a fundraiser to benefit and celebrate the Bloomfield Class of 2026!! It is a day full of holiday cheer as we fill the Bloomfield elementary school with over 100 local crafters and vendors for you to find something for everyone on your list (including yourself)!!! 🛍️ You won’t go hungry with delicious foods and treats from our food trucks in the parking lot! 🍴 Join us as our community comes together with family, friends and neighbors to kick off the holiday season.

This event is held at the Bloomfield ELEMENTARY School on Saturday November 22nd from 9am to 2pm.

At this time this event is completely FULL of vendors. We are so excited to work with all of you! If you missed out and are interested in participating in this event in the future please be sure to follow the Bloomfield Craft Fair page as we will post the applications there as soon as they open to the public in July 2026!!

We do apologize for being a little slow with our communications this year as we welcomed the newest member of our family to the world this September 👣. Little Evie is excited and ready to join in on this years event!! While being a little distracted we promise you that this year will be bigger and better than ever before!!
