Low key…I had a complete hip replacement on Monday, 11/17/2025. I kept this secret because I was on a modified work schedule and didn’t want my team to be discouraged that I would be out longer or be on a modified schedule that would prevent me from being counted in coverag. I’m already back at work as of 12/01/25…

Hello Peeps,
This video represent 2024 for the Williams Family! We are resurrecting Let’s Do This Fitness as a married fitness duo: Keith & Tawnya Jones Williams. Live virtual Zumba classes will be our primary business but will teach a class(es) at a physical location to be determined. Bodypump is a format being considered. We will also golf every chance we get while raising two beautiful and talented granddaughters. Stay tuned…This will be an exciting family affair!

Part of what entices most people to maintain their workout routine is seeing results. Whether it’s jeans that fit better or a newfound surge of energy to power through work emails like a boss, exercise produces change. 💪
But just how long does it take to witness this transformation from the inside out? As soon as a day, believe it or not, if you ask fitness professionals.
The body is a powerful machine, and it responds to anything we train it to be quickly – be it stress or a workout.🏋🏻♂️
Our bones, muscles, tendons, heart, and lungs, will adapt to the anything that is exposed to it.
This means if you undertake exercise that's physically challenging, your body will adapt to this workout to ensure the same activity feels slightly easier in the future. This mechanism of adaptation is a blessing.😇

All you need to know about Cxworx workouts as a beginner.
🌟CXWORX is all about building core strength, improving functional fitness of the abdominals, mid-section, and glutes, as well as working the cross-slings, which run from the upper to lower body.
It targets everything from the mid-thigh up to the shoulders, which is an area also known as your trunk. It’s not exactly weight-lifting, and it’s not exactly cardio.
🌟It’s just under 30 mins and consists of six tracks in the following order, each designed to target a different part of overall core strength
🌟You need a resistance tube, a mat and a towel & a small weight plate
Don’t worry about using a weight plate, it’s only an advanced option.
Grab a green tube. Usually resistance tubes go from easy to hard, with green being easiest, orange/red in the middle and blue/black as the hardest.
🌟If you get confused on how to set up with the tube, then leave it out. It’s perfectly acceptable to do your first CXWORX class with absolutely no equipment.
It takes a while to get comfortable with the movements, so plan to try at least a few classes before you decide if it’s for you or not.
🌟Please don’t worry about your neighbour or feel competitive. Nobody is looking at you. In fact, most people are so busy worrying about themselves and fixing their own form that they won’t even glance in your direction.
