Methacton Post Prom is a non profit organization dedicated to keeping our students safe on prom night.

Through the generous monetary donations of area businesses, families and individuals and the donation of time and talent of hundreds of volunteers, we are able to keep these students out of harm's way and provide a safe, fun-filled evening of activities and entertainment.

• Desire to help kids stay safe on Prom Night
• Well organized
• Comfortable with doing most of this work from home, on your on schedule
• Comfortable with Microsoft Word (knowledge of the "Mail Merge" feature helpful to quickly prepare the approximately 150 letters).
• Comfortable with Google Sheets to track donations
• Ability to stop by our PO Box once a week in the late winter/spring to pick up donations.
• Ability to gather all the logos from our donors to signs thanking donors

ℹ️ ATTN PARENTS! Join us October 13th to learn all about Post Prom - what it is, how to help, and be part of the success. Help keep our kids safe on Prom night! We need over 300 volunteers to put our 27th Post Prom together. It doesn't matter if your kid is in 1st grade or 12th grade - you can help this year! 7pm Methacton LGI.

LGI = Large Group Instruction room. The door number is "A47" there is also a green & white sign with the Methacton logo and "Large Group Instruction" on it. We hope to see you there!

Taking place at Jeffersonville Golf Club on Monday, November 2, 2026 with check-in beginning at 10:00am.
Registration includes Golf, On Course Beverages, Dinner and Prizes.
