When God opens a door, no man can shut it no matter how hard they try!!!

This story is one of miracle after miracle. I could write a book on all the doors we tried to open this last year searching for land & how God was preparing us & aligning our vision to mirror His.

He cares about the little things. He works in mysterious ways and He still performs miracles today.

This shouldn’t have worked out on our own efforts but God had a different plan.

And the day we signed on the new house, was the day we confirmed our new tenants moving into our current one. Like what?!

Can’t wait to bring you guys along for the journey & projects because there will be endless of them.

And to everyone who keeps asking my family if we know what we are getting ourselves into moving to property….. you must not know us well enough. We definitely know which is exactly why we are doing it!!!!!

I forgot to add soft close toilet seats, always have to change those and soft close drawers. We prefer wood inserts but sometimes that’s more work than it’s worth when moving.

I am sure I missed a few things but figured I’d share to give other people ideas when moving or just wanting to update your own space!

We like to diversify into many different types of investments because we don’t want all our eggs in one basket and the Bible encourages this.

I’m obsessed with watching videos of people like this and when they get SUPER detailed so let’s do it.

Other items (we have several other small items I didn’t include o but add up to at least $150k including some personal items but I left it out on the breakdown.) I also felt like it’s a little irrelevant bc I don’t track them + wouldn’t plan to sell them off for any reason.

Remember these numbers are showing the NET worth not including debt owed like I broke down in the Real Estate column.

You can disagree with me but…

As a content creator who’s made over $3 mil on this app in the last couple years (without paid ads) and simply from my content….. selling digital products and courses I will tell you that the THING that you’re missing is the belief.

When the belief lands, the sales will always follow. Because you don’t have enough belief in yourself, your offer or what you’re doing (maybe you’re doing it for the wrong reasons) I don’t know, but when you go all in on something literally no one can stop you.

And I don’t care if you’re doing broll, talking head, carousels, faceless accounts you name it, it all works. But it only works if you work.

I could give a speech and write a book on this topic, and I plan to one day called “ALL IN” — I have said it for years because the moment you do fully send it, you already have won.

Stop thinking that you need a specific type of Reel to make money online. You need PRACTICE with telling your story over and over + helping the past version of you (bring them to where you’re at now) ♥️

Are we in for a treat or what?!

From living on a postage stamp yard with zero maintenance to moving to this 5 acre hobby farm out in the countryside, we definitely have our work cut out for us.

Follow along as we live life on the farm and see if it’s worth it or overrated.
