I KNOW THAT IT’S NOT THURSDAY BUT HERE IS A THROW BACK FOR YOU ALL ANYWAY!!!!

Planting the Legacy was lead by Marilyn Johnson who taught them that the real strength of the plants was underneath the ground in the roots. That's how we should be rooted in God‼️‼️‼️

Thank you Marilyn and everyone who came together and made this all possible!!!

Day 3 Modified schedule for heat purposes.

Planting the Legacy Propogation Station lead by Marilyn Johnson. Campers each planted their own plant clippings to grow into their own plant. They learned that the growth depends on a few things: the source and the care. The deeper the root, the stronger the plant.

Pull Together Tug-of-War lead by Jenny Fields and Ginger Bluntson. This old school game took on a new life with the lesson taught by this duo.

Good Ground Cares Station lead by Alesia Woolridge and Path Pals. Woolridge taught the campers the importance of thinking and caring about others as they created cards for local senior residents.

Root vs. Reach was lead by Linda Barrow who taught the campers while sitting around the biggest tree at the front of the park. She taught them that the real strength of that big tree was underneath the ground. That's how we should be rooted in God.

Princeton's Paper Plane Long Throw: Campers were able to create their own paper plane and race to see who's plane flew the furthest. The lesson wasn't in the distance, but the flight.

Sound Mapping lead by Kenya Knight. She taught campers the importance of finding a quiet place to hear from God.
