Last week the Chapter filled the Granite State Room with their philanthropy event for Big Brothers Big Sisters of New Hampshire. Great work brothers!

Always great to help out our national philanthropic partner Big Brothers Big Sisters of America at the local level.

The undergrads hosted a Big Brothers Big Sisters of New Hampshire event this past Friday. Check out some highlights!

On Friday, October 20th, we hosted students from the Dover Teen Center as well as some bigs and littles from Big Brothers Big Sisters of New Hampshire to take them for a tour around campus and give them some insight on how valuable a college experience is. None of it would have been possible without help from our friends at the Tau Chapter of Alpha Xi Delta!

SigEp has always been an innovative and forward-facing fraternity, and we were the first to nationally ban hazing and pledging. SigEp replaced the classic pledge model with the Balanced Man Program, a groundbreaking member development system which involves challenges to prepare our brothers for life after college. At the University of New Hampshire, SigEp has had the highest fraternity GPA for the last 4 years, as well as coming in first place in the Greek Performance and Excellence Program"

This last weekend SigEp UNH alumni Brennan Young and CK King did the Wallis Sands Triathlon as a relay team! Just so happened a group of the undergrad brothers were there as volunteers too!

Congratulations to all of our new brothers. With over 150 young men going through recruitment, we narrowed it down to the best group of balanced men we could find. We can't wait to see what they accomplish in the this semester! Congratulations and good luck to the future of this fraternity. Also a special shout out to Alumni Zach Fone for coming to do the interpretation of the Sigma Ritual!

After attending the Northeast Carlson Leadership Academy for Sigma Phi Epsilon Fraternity, there is much to be recognized:

Congrats to brother Gabe Lee of our beloved SigEp UNH for being selected to attend the Tragos Quest To Greece, where he will have the opportunity experience Greek culture first hand and learn how to be a better leader in his community.

And to the chapter, for continuing to display their excellence and incredible accomplishments by taking home the Excelsior Award for recruitment and retention.

The chapter has lots to be proud of as they continue to add award after award to their collection. Just last week UNH Greek Life announced President Chris King earned the Greek Emerging Leader Award, Vice President of Membership Development Craig Tyer took home the Pillars of Athena award, and former chapter President Joel Wyatt won the award for Greek of the Year.

On behalf of the Alumni and Volunteer Corporation, we are very proud to support the chapter in their relentless efforts to prove they are the best Fraternity on campus, and we look forward to their continued success.
