These teams are looking for clinical and technical insight that can help launch their ideas to the next level. In the past, some of these projects have gone on to get national attention (check out "Undercover Colors": http://www.washingtontimes.com/news/2014/aug/25/nc-state-students-develop-nail-polish-to-detect-da/). Hello All,

My name is Taylor Illman, and I will be serving as your Graduate Student President for another semester. In an effort to boost MEIG meeting attendance and general awareness, I am our page.

Feel free to post interesting and current technological advances in medicine, pictures of your research, speaker topics/suggestions, etc.

Above all, it is important to remember that this group is ultimately meant to bring Duke Engineering and School of Medicine students together. The different perspectives and skill sets of these professions drive innovation in healthcare today.
