Some people's nastiness lasts for way more than a morning or a day. I believe in the cases where a nasty personality seems to be a permanent thing, it IS a little harder to dismiss as someone having a bad day, but it's still an impairment that is likely due to negative circumstances. They're just eat up with nasty inside, and that's just sad.
