We are excited to honor National Hispanic Heritage Month (September 15 – October 15)! 🎉

We kicked off the celebration during Curriculum Night on September 16th, where our students and families experienced a vibrant introduction to Hispanic culture through pictures, music, and traditional dance. 💃🏽🕺🏽

This special month is dedicated to recognizing the histories, cultures, and contributions of Hispanic Americans whose heritage comes from Spain, Mexico, the Caribbean, and Central and South America.

In partnership with Duke Outreach Design Education and Laxmi Learn, our 7th grade Team Seekers proudly presented their innovative hygiene dispensing devices and low-fidelity prototypes aimed at improving our school bathrooms. ✨ Guided by Ms. Joseph, these young designers from Lowe’s Grove Middle School showcased creativity, collaboration, and real-world problem-solving! 🔬🧬🧫🧪🥼🔭
