Exceptional Trainer Forum graduates qualify for our year-long Trainer Internship, wherein they are mentored by and can shadow Master Trainers. Trainer Designs Global was founded by Bettie Spruill, Dr. Ray Blanchard, and Dawnelle Hyland. As Master Trainers, Ray and Bettie bring to 80 years experience developing transformational trainers and coaches for transformational training companies and businesses across the globe. As Senior Program Director and Coach, Dawnelle Hyland brings 18 years experience developing and leading transformation and leadership-based training courses in transformational centers educational organizations, and businesses, including the United Nations. They work with you to harness your unique talents and artistry as a trainer or transformation practitioner, while assisting you to master the specific distinctions seminal to transformation.
